Hephzibah is a small, close‑knit city in Richmond County, Georgia, with a population just under 4,000 and a distinctly rural feel. Nestled just outside Augusta in the Central Savannah River Area, it offers residents a quieter pace of life while staying connected to a larger metro region.

We partnered with the City of Hephzibah on a video marketing campaign designed to put their rural community on the map, highlighting its charm, affordability, and strong sense of hometown pride. The city’s objective was to build awareness through the eyes of the people who know it best: citizens, students, teachers, and senior leadership. Mission accomplished.
